Use and Care

Thread the lid evenly without cross-threading, fully snap the cap over the spout, and fold the bail only through its intended arc. The closed cap reduces an open drinking path but does not make the vessel leak-proof. Carry upright and do not suspend a filled hot vessel solely by the bail. Remove seals for cleaning. Wash and dry every component before first use. Inspect the stainless body, rim, vacuum base, lid, hinge pin, cap tab, drinking and vent openings, carry bail or grip part, and every seal before each use. Do not use a vessel with a damaged rim, unstable dent, loose hinge, cracked lid, torn gasket, open vacuum base, or trapped liquid between walls.
